same as others....P'soft doesn't provide what we need for EH and actually only marginally works for Leave of absences in my opinion. We are just now implementing Agility....but interested in some of the other systems mentioned. Presagio???

Good afternoon,

Our organization is currently evaluating a new HRIS system. We have been given the instruction to select a "universal" program to eliminate as many satellite programs as possible. Currently, we use Infinium for HRIS, Agility for Employee Health, Presagia for Leaves of Absence.

Implementation of the new software is scheduled for 2017. For our patient care software, we are implementing Epic in 2016.

Have any of you worked with either PeopleSoft/Oracle or Infor/Lawson for your Employee Health & Safety needs? How did it work for you and what were the limitations you experienced?

We are a healthcare system with 3 hospitals and a lab. ~3700 employees. My department is charged with annual health surveillance, workers' compensation intake and case management (treatment is outsourced to a local provider), leave of absence and reasonable accommodation administration.

Your perspectives are appreciated.

Be well,
Angeli

At Cincinnati Childrens we have Peoplesoft for our HR system. We tried using it for Occ Safety and EH and found it was not robust enough for our needs so we purchased Medgate which Peoplesoft feeds our employee information into.

At UW Health in Madison, Wisconsin, we experienced the same issue as Terri below with PeopleSoft for EH needs. It did not serve our needs. We currently use STIX and are upgrading to Agility in one month.
