[MCOH-EH] Industrial Accidents Workers Comps Forms

Hello all,

Please let me know who is responsible at your facility for completing the Industrial Accidents (IA) forms that are submitted to the TPA for blood exposures?

Is it typically the responsibility of the manager/supervisor? The house supervisor? Emergency Department? Employee Health?
