[MCOH-EH] medical marijuana--in MA

	Hello all

We are grabbling with the decision to hire individuals who have a medical marijuana certificate. We are looking at a “case by case basis” and also the safety nature of the job. realizing that the MA law states that employers do not have to hire candidates on medical marijuana—what is the policy of your hospital?
