[MCOH-EH] Process Risk Assessment

Just wondering what others are using for process hazard identification and
risk assessment.

Methods of identifying general tasks steps, hazard description, preventative
measures, and potentially quantifying risk within a task.

 

I'm often asked for ways to try and quantify the level of risk, such as by
putting a number or percentage on the risk present within a task.

Everyone seems to like this approach, because it shows the level of
improvement that any risk mitigation approaches would have.
