We use the Qyk scanners.  We have laminated copies of the consent they have to review, we scan their ID badge, select the site and route (IM or ID)  and the employee signs the Qyk scanner that they read the consent and agree to the flu shot.    We barscan the lot number/manufacturer also.  The QYK scanner downloads to Agility so we don't have much data entry at all.

We give approximately 8500 flu shots annually.
