Our hospital is employing an increasing number of persons who work from home doing inpatient billing or the like. I am trying to find information regarding theTB and immunization screening requirements of these persons – specifically, if they need any TB or vaccine documentation, and if they need a baseline TST, do they need 2-step testing. In general, they do not enter the hospital or other health care setting, although I am not sure if they attend meetings in the facility.
Do any of you have experience with this scenario, or know where I can find this information? Have checked CDC and OSHA sites but have not used the right query to get the info I need. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
