We are switching from QGold because of customer services issues, prolonged time to receive results, complexities of collection and less reliable results. We will be using TSpots within the month for the reasons Dr Adamo described.

I have had extensive experience with T-spots from an ease of collection, transport and quality results at several large medical centers.
The customer service is excellent.

Go with whichever one is less expensive. Many places can’t run the QFT so it has to be sent out. And you have to be near an airport so that the specimen’s for the TSpot can get to Memphis within 24 hours (might be less).
We went with TSpot as the local QFT was much more expensive and our lab doesn’t do QFT.
We’ve been very happy with the process and so have the Managers. They love the one stop shopping.
