[MCOH-EH] Handheld devices for Employee Health off site / paper mgmt/ data capture

Hello
We do use Caraflow Qwk but may not after this year. We have had significant difficulty with their support staff and spent more than 8 hours on conference calls with them and our IT staff trying to get the system to set up for file downloads as well as  utilization of scans from non-employees with badges (i.e. contracted providers and volunteers). It has been a challenge that has made the system troublesome at best.

The Caraflow scanners were here when I came so I do not know what other devices were evaluated prior to purchase.
