They must have an ergonomic evaluation with our Ergonomic Specialist. If the specialist recommends it, we will purchase it. The ergonomic evaluator has very strict criteria.

No criteria except for the employee requesting one.   We have purchased 4 varidesks.  Our employees seem pleased.

We are looking to get sit to stand desks for sedentary employees.  If you have implemented the use of sit to stand desks, did you have criteria that you used to decide who was the priority for getting a sit to stand desk?
