[MCOH-EH] Mandatory Vaccines/Influenza

Good Morning,
My health system is in the initial phases of implementing a mandatory flu policy.  I would be greatly appreciative if anyone is able to share resources                     (proposals for kickoff, planning documents, policies, etc.) from other organizations who have gone through this process as well as feedback on the types of interventions most effective in driving change.
