Subject: [MCOH-EH] Employee Health Database

Our facility is doing a comparison in anticipation of purchasing a new Employee Health database.  Would you be willing to share information about the database you are using.

What current database are you utilizing?  OHM
Does it meet your needs? " Mostly"
Does it include an Employee Self Serve Portal for immunizations? I believe it does, however it is purchased separately and we have not purchased.
Does it include a manager Self Serve Portal?  Not to my knowledge.
Does it have scanning capabilities?  Yes
Georgia- Does the database interface with GRITS (Georgia Registry)?  We have been told they could write a program to interface with our WIR (Wisconsin Registry) but at this time, we are not prepared to purchase this.  I do not know if one exists that incorporates into other registries.  It does not interface with EPIC.  We do have very limited interface with our HR program SAP, but again those were created specific for our needs and are not a product or module that is purchased.
