We use Medgate for our EH EMR-we use it for annuals, post offers, work comp injuries including BBFs.  You can create your surveillance groups and run audits from it.  Our flu shots are records here and a report is sent however often we want to send it to the  managers notifying them of the employees who have not received the flu shot.  We have the Portal and employees can self-schedule and also obtain their immunization records from the portal
