Dear List Serv Colleagues,

Do you have a hazardous drug surveillance program in your organization? What surveillance activities do you offer and under what circumstances?

More specifically, do you enroll folks that apply Retin A? In my organization there is a concern about potential exposure to a diluted liquid form when Retin A is irrigated from wounds in wound clinics.

Thanks in advance.
