[MCOH-EH] TdaP re-vaccination for non-pregnant employees

As long as they have had 1 TdaP, we do not repeat.

However, I review travel RN documents who have all requirements completed 
at other locations and I see lots of repeated TdaP vaccinations.

I see a tendency to repeat a TdaP when a Td is due.

These documents are from clinics across the US and typically not from a 
hospital health clinic.

When an employee (new or existing) had a TdaP 10+ years ago, do you give a 
Td or another TdaP?  If just a Td, what about those in obstetrics or the 
ED?  I know CDC says Td, but I’m seeing a lot of family practice providers 
giving a 2nd TdaP.  Thank you for any guidance you can provide.
