[MCOH-EH] TdaP re-vaccination for non-pregnant employees

We only offer Tdap to our employees. Since there has been a few outbreaks of pertussis over the last few years we decided that it didn’t make sense to differentiate.

When an employee (new or existing) had a TdaP 10+ years ago, do you give a Td or another TdaP?  If just a Td, what about those in obstetrics or the ED?  I know CDC says Td, but I’m seeing a lot of family practice providers giving a 2nd TdaP.  Thank you for any guidance you can provide.
