Regarding the BBPE discussion, may I ask whether you use the real name of employee and source when doing your testing?  If not and you de-identify, what method for de-identification do you use (naming scheme?) and how do you meet the two identifier requirement for the phlebotomist with the lab draw?

We current have a naming scheme and are getting push back from the lab regarding their need for two identifiers when performing phlebotomy.
