[MCOH-EH] First Receiver/Decon Onboarding

At Children's Dallas, we currently do the respirator screening questionnaire, and the nurse who signs off on the Decontamination Team Healthcare Opinion Form must review the respirator

screening questionnaire as well as medical information on file, such as new hire assessment.

We are looking specifically for cardio-pulmonary and musculo-skeletal issues.  The training for the decontamination  team members is provided by Emergency Management Services.
