[MCOH-EH] Employee Health Requirements for Job Shadows

We require they sign a confidentiality agreement and they do not come in sick and must have a flu shot

I'm curious what other healthcare facilities are requiring for job shadows that come to their facility.  Are your employee health requirements based on the number of hours the job shadow will be observing?
