[MCOH-EH] Employee Health Requirements for Job Shadows

Job shadows are treated just as employees as far as employee health requirements, regardless of number of hours.  Job shadows must present complete all immunization requirements and provide documentation prior to the job shadow experience.  They are then given a brief orientation and must sign a confidentiality agreement the day of the job shadow.

We require they sign a confidentiality agreement and they do not come in sick and must have a flu shot

I'm curious what other healthcare facilities are requiring for job shadows that come to their facility.  Are your employee health requirements based on the number of hours the job shadow will be observing?
