[MCOH-EH] Annual/periodic physicals on armed security officers?

I would suggest that these are personnel that are in a safety sensitive position, and just like any other law enforcement officer can (and in my personal opinion - should) get periodic exams.
ACOEM's Guidance for the Medical Evaluation of Law Enforcement Officers will soon have a chapter on periodic exams.
I am not a lawyer, but I believe that if you have medical requirements for a class of employees, you can do the exams as long as you do them (and apply the same criteria) for all employees in that class.
