[MCOH-EH] COVID-19 Quarantine

Ours of course is still evolving as well.

We have two different HR systems, a hospital and clinics one and a main campus one.

If it is determined to be work related, right now in our state there is no evidence of community spread, but we have some in isolation who are tested positive. If an employee that has contact with any positive patients and they test positive, right now it will be a WC case and that indemnity will kick in.

Otherwise, if they are an employee that cannot work from home in any way for the organization, then the policy is that they will be using their PTO time for quarantine.

If they don’t have PTO left, they just spent it all in China, they are still talking that if they can “borrow” some from the future or some policy like that.
