[MCOH-EH] Automated Active Employee Screening

Fellow EH Leaders-

In a recent post, I recall someone mentioning that their organization was using a tech solution to collect employee symptom screening for the purposes of active screening of employees. I can't find the post that references it. Does anyone recall seeing that post (or did I dream it up), or does anyone know of a tech-based solution (phone app or simple online tool)?
