David, are you referring to active monitoring? There are a number of tools to support that. One tool was built in REDCap and is in use by several state health departments - it can be partitioned off for collaborative use with healthcare facilities when the state has delegated active monitoring to them. You may want to check first with your state HD and see what they are using.

Fellow EH Leaders-

In a recent post, I recall someone mentioning that their organization was using a tech solution to collect employee symptom screening for the purposes of active screening of employees. I can’t find the post that references it. Does anyone recall seeing that post (or did I dream it up), or does anyone know of a tech-based solution (phone app or simple online tool)?
