[MCOH-EH] On call OR staff that cannot be fit tested

Was the fit testing qualitative or quantitative?  If it was qualitative, I'd recommend performing quantitative fit testing in those 2 employees.

We have 2 OR staff members that cannot be successfully fit tested. Therefore they cannot take call because we cannot be certain airborne precautions will not be needed.
What are you all doing in this case?
