Regarding the question about taking temps. We are using subjective fever/chills. Logistically, difficult to get a temp if the employee outside the workplace if he/she didn't have a thermometer of her own. Curiously, of the small number of COVID-19 infections we have had in our employees, very few had documented Tmax greater than 100.
Here is our flow chart. We started a pilot with it this AM. A colleague of mine found it on line...I think it is from a California government agency. We made it our own.
It's almost painfully simple. May do a bit more wordsmithing. But that's ok. It may be throwing a very wide net...we'll see. That's why we're doing a pilot. Comments/suggestions welcomed, BTW.
