[MCOH-EH] monitoring OHS in health facility

Unfortunately the Navy Marine Corps Public Health Center website is behind a security login. The ref linked describes the program, OMPA, that is unclassified. If you contact the NMCPHC they could perhaps share the OMPA program, it’s computer based.
