Across OEM-L and MCOH, I received 19 responses. Thanks for taking the time.

Pretty much everyone has figured out a way to keep post-vaccination employees around for 15 minutes, 30 minutes for those with history of allergies to bee stings, significant reactions to vaccinations in the past.

One respondent stratified observation time by risk; they are holding back those with severe allergic reaction to anything, and those who are leaving to drive home, going off to operate machinery of any kind, or going into a delicate procedure that is scheduled to start within 15-30 minutes.

A couple of respondents had them hanging out in the building, and leaving on an honor system.

One colleague was doing a drive through clinic...with Post'em placed on windshield with their start time; staff monitoring the area; the recipient is instructed keep doors unlocked, windows open, and to honk their horns if they are having problems.
