Happy New Year Jennifer,

I hope you enjoyed the holidays and had some down time.

I have been asked a question.regarding our CDC defined high risk for
COVID19 hospital workers. Our staff that were off on accommodations for
COVID are starting to get vaccinated. Wondering once they are vaccinated,
can they return to their former positions? And if so, how long do we have
to wait after they are vaccinated?
What do you think of this question ?
To me these employees are in the high risk group for Covid and are off
work or accommodated in non patient care and even after 2 vaccinations they
are only 95 percent protected. These health care workers would still be
vulnerable . What do you think? I have to get back to management in 2 days.

I don’t need an answer today, but I hope we can discuss it soon. 😊
Regards,
Tom
