Hi Dr Tom
That’s a very good question .In my opinion I would recommend Managemnt to look into adopting new ways of work ie revisiting the accommodations and consider what can stay as a permanent new method of delivery of health care .By this I mean consideration of making methods like telemedicine a norm and if those healthcare workers can do remote tasks I would recommend that they carry on and accept this as a new way of work rather than an accommodation.
There is a great deal that we still do not know about the COVID and the vaccine and also new methods of delivery healthcare have emerged and I think these are here to stay .
🙏

Wondering once they are vaccinated, can they return to their former positions? And if so, how long do we have to wait after they are vaccinated?
