[MCOH-EH] Drug Testing

Our health system requires 10-panel drug screen for all new hires including providers, for cause/reasonable suspicion, and post-accident. If there is any non-negative, the specimen will be sent out to LabCorps for confirmative testing. Meanwhile, the applicant will be on hold and employee will not return to work until after received verified Negative by MRO (I’m the MRO, we utilize a MRO Service when I’m on vocation). 
We don’t Test nicotine. Employees declare their smoking status at the time of annual benefit enrollment.
