[MCOH-EH] Stopping Pre Employment Urine Drug Screens

We stopped doing uds recently
This decision was made by HR and leadership partly to streamline
onboarding.
As you pointed out we have continued with the pharmacy staff.
We stopped thc testing 1-2 years ago because a high percentage of our new
residents were testing positive.
