[MCOH-EH] Joint Commission request for non-employed physician COVID vaccine documentation

We have not had surveyors ask for this. However our process of proving vaccination status and exemptions did include considerations for anyone who provides car within our facility.

Wondering if anyone else has experienced JCAH requesting vaccine documentation for LIP (licensed independent providers) working in your facilities as part of the survey process.  As these are not employees, we do not keep these records in our occupational health department.  These individuals would fall under the medical staff credentialing department and would have records there.  We have had three surveys this year with no requests for this information and now on the 4th they are asking for this and citing CMS regulation as the reason they require it.
