[MCOH-EH] Test for Nicotine

[Winters, Tom (BIDMC - Occupational Health)]

One of the hospitals where I was med director used as part of their well health program. Crumbled after a year or 2 due to applicants claiming use of gum or patches to stop smoking. I have not seen it proposed for years.

Would like to know how many health systems test for nicotine (cotinine) as part on the on-boarding urine drug screening for new hires. Please email me directly and I will summarize the results.
