[MCOH-EH] De-escalation training to prevent workplace violence

For those of you who have response teams trained and certified in deescalation and physical holds do you allow a staff member to become certified in the program if they have a restriction or inability to perform one of the physical hold types?
We use CPI training but are running into some barriers during training when a staff member may not be able to perform all of the physical holds.
