[MCOH-EH] De-escalation training to prevent workplace violence

Our organization is making the switch from CPI to Gracie Medical Defense. I don’t know anything about costs, etc. We were very impressed at the hands-on training and the focus on keeping everyone safe. They appear to have a robust de-escalation as well.
