[MCOH-EH] Internal EAP teams?

We have a bit of a hybrid model:

Internally, we have 1 program manager with 2.4 FTEs (2 full time, 2 per diem) staff that report to her. We have about 5,000 employees.

Externally, we partner with Lira who can provide short-term behavioral/mental health support and counseling services. Some employees prefer to work with the vendor and not the internal folks for confidentiality perception.
