We report through our physician practice group that has both physician practices and health centers. We provide occupational health services for contracted companies and our own hospital employees.

Subject: [MCOH-EH] MCOH-EH Employee Health Organizational Structure
Dear List Serv Members:
It is not unusual in industrial settings for occupational health to report up through Risk or Human Resources. I have the idea occupational health (Employee Health) in healthcare frequently reports to Human Resources. Does anyone report through a clinical or nursing department?
Thanks in advance.
