[CASL-L] Seeking digital tool suggestions

I recommend http://www.littlebirdtales.com

We use the free version (though there is a paid upgrade). You can upload
pictures or draw on the computer. You can type in text and record voices.
We are using it again this year for third graders who are creating their
own stories.
