Tracy,
You could run it that way. Are you assigning the codes each in advance?
I test them at the start and end of 9th grade and I do it by classes and it
is a monumental task making sure they all get the same numbers next time.
No matter which way you proceed, I suggest a spreadsheet to keep track of
the codes.
