[CASL-L] TRAILS Assessment

One year we used Test 1 for a pretest, then we did a mid-year evaluation
using Test 2. We post tested in June with Test 1 again (because they don't
remember those 10 random questions nearly a year later).

This was problematic for us because the Test 2 was easier - our scores
jumped a great deal then dropped some with the post test. Personally, I do
not view the two assessments they provide as equal. I know TRAILS just
updated but I still plan to pre and post test with a single test. Our
results seem more accurate when we do it that way.
