[CASL-L] Discover DEVOS Video Server & Streamsie Encoder Feedback

As you mention below, I believe when you upload a video to Discover Video
server, you have the option to set how many simultaneous viewers you can
have. If you have one copy of a DVD, then you can set the software to one
viewer so you can still be in compliance. Windsor has Discover Video (1
year) but we have not yet uploaded existing video content.
