[CASL-L] chromebooks vs. iPads and 1:1

We have both chromebooks and iPads here (K-5). You can get chromebooks with
a touch screen and they are very reasonably priced. The iPads are great and
you can do a lot with them, but the chromebooks are easier to manage. The
students log in with their student IDs and a simple password. This part
takes some getting used to with the Kindergarten, but it is a good
introduction to typing.
