Kristine,

I'm not sure if you offer OverDrive at East Hartford, but if you do,
OverDrive has *Monster* in "cost per checkout" (CPC) model for .99 per
checkout... If not, maybe you can reach out to your public library to see
if they can purchase it for your students or possibly the ResearchITCT can
purchase it through RB Digital?
