Good afternoon,

The following are resources that you may be interested in to do some self-paced learning around programming, coding, etc.

Interested in knowing more about the basics of API's? I watched this great webinar, forwarded to me by one of my CSL colleagues, on API basics and resources that the Government Documents Roundtable (GODORT) hosted, presented by Julia Ezzo at Michigan State University library. Here is the link to the recording: The APIs of Data.gov (Reboot)<https://gcc02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3DssHGAFGOMck&data=04%7C01%7CJenny.Groome%40ct.gov%7Ce540962789694c7553ea08d8e3600cac%7C118b7cfaa3dd48b9b02631ff69bb738b%7C0%7C0%7C637509348991440139%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=0pNkK7uhGBbv%2F%2Fzc0ATBawwV5%2Bli7Eh0qFdDfCjOFkA%3D&reserved=0> .

Visit W3Schools https://www.w3schools.com/ for free tutorials on programming and web development tools.

CodeAcademy https://www.codecademy.com/ is another free site to help you learn to code.

Let me know if you are interested in workshops/training on specific technical topics.

Best,
Gail
