[CASL-L] Need suggestions for digital annotation tools/extensions

Scrible doesn't look like it has signed the CT privacy compliancy
agreement? Does anyone have a contract signed with them using the free
version only? We use NoodleTools for citation and research project
organization currently, but are certainly open to a tool that offers easier
integrated annotation. What is the quality of the citations created by
Scrible? Can you also import pre-generated citations from databases?

Thanks so much,
