We have a Literacy Committee at my school and our focus is to really try to
plan some sort of literacy activity for each month, so for our first
meeting, we are using it to brainstorm the different activities for each
month. We are at the elementary level, but some of the activities include
an author visit, a writing contest, one book one school, etc. Hope this
helps.
