[CASL-L] SLO Goals again!

The major difference is that it is no longer focused on the student
outcomes, but your own practice. It is, as mentioned, essentially the
performance and practice goal. The CCT rubric (service delivery or
instruction) comes into play only with respect to what you select as your
single point competency for observation. That does not *have *to be
connected to your goal (though some districts may be requiring that), but
it makes sense to do it that way.

So,where a past SLO would be "x percent of students will meet a standard by
x date as a result of x instruction," it will now be "I will use x
instructional strategies to increase students' skills/knowledge in x."
