We fail medical marijuana as not a pass per our policy. We follow federal rules as a federal contractor and the medical marijuana dispensary MD recommendation is not a true DEA license based prescription that can be filled in a licensed pharmacy again per policy. Marinol Rx filled before positive would be a pass. Don't see many of these however. Warner

We are looking at a “case by case basis” and also the safety nature of the job. realizing that the MA law states that employers do not have to hire candidates on medical marijuana—what is the policy of your hospital?
