We have a separate cost center to charge the RTW program. It comes from our risk management budget so that the employee's home cost center is not impacted. It is a separate cost center code to which they are directed to clock into. It works quite well.

For those of you who oversee an Early Return to work Program for your Workers’ Comp claims, do you have a separate cost center that their time and attendance comes from? Do any of you have time and attendance come from an Employee Health budget while on light duty? If yes, what are the criteria for moving them in and out of your cost center?
