[MCOH-EH] Drug Screening after auto accident

Can the group help us with what others are doing in this situation?
We are exploring drug testing all auto accidents regardless of fault.
Concerns:
We have drivers who drive all times of the day/night.  Some are very far away (100s of miles)
Not near any drug testing facilities for us to contact a company to do their drug screening
Not near any drug testing facilities after "hours" unless we contract with every emergency room in Texas.

Any insight for what others are doing/not doing is helpful.  Let us know if you do/don't drug screen auto accidents, how that works in your place.
